Job Description:

An opportunity to lead projects, manage a team, and shape the future of a growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Bristol. The role involves leadership, mentoring, and acting as Employers Agent across a broad range of sectors. With over 60 years of industry success, the consultancy provides personalized career development and a national presence.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and mentor a team
Lead on major projects
Act as Employers Agent across a wide range of sectors including Education, Higher Education, Blue Light, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, and Local Authority

Requirements:

A RICS accredited degree qualification
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
Employers Agent/Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
Strong pre & post contract experience
Previous experience managing small teams is ideal
