Job Description:

A supportive, family-feel cost consultancy based in Fitzrovia is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Central London office. With five offices across the UK and a growing reputation in the capital, this is a standout opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a key leadership role and help shape the future of a thriving practice.

Job Responsibility:

Lead multiple high-value projects across various sectors including Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences
Manage and mentor junior surveyors
Oversee projects from inception to completion
Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Provide strategic input into the wider business

Requirements:

MRICS is a MUST
Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy environment
Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
Proven ability to lead projects across multiple sectors
Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset
Ambition to step into Associate Director-level roles
