Job Description:

A dynamic and forward-thinking construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Birmingham team. The role includes managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, mentoring junior staff, and leading the office towards growth and development. This is an opportunity for those ready to advance to Directorship long term with varied project workloads including Healthcare, Residential, Education, Industrial, Hotel, Retail, and Commercial Office.

Requirements:

  • A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments
  • Excellent pre and post contract experience
  • Ability to come in & lead projects from inception to completion
  • Ideally MRICS or nearing chartership
  • The desire to lead and run an office & aid in the team’s growth and development
