Job Description:

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor for its Manchester office. The role involves leadership on high-profile, complex projects across the UK, contributing to business development, and mentoring junior staff. Sectors include retail, residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial, with opportunities for professional growth and team collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on delivery of major schemes
Oversee project delivery from initial feasibility through to final account
Manage and grow client relationships
Lead project teams
Play a key role in team development
Mentor junior staff
Contribute to business development
Help shape the future direction of the Manchester office

Requirements:

RICS-accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying
MRICS qualified – essential
Proven experience in a UK consultancy environment
Strong background in managing large-scale, multi-sector projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Commercially astute and client-focused
