Job Description:

An established construction consultancy is now seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their London team. This Associate Quantity Surveyor role offers the opportunity for a quantity surveyor to work across a varied project portfolio, with a defined but not exclusive focus on healthcare schemes. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be based from modern Central London offices and will play a key role in the continued growth of the quantity surveying team, supporting both clients and junior quantity surveyor professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Leading cost management services across healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
Procurement advice and tender analysis
Contract administration and commercial reporting
Management and mentoring of junior quantity surveyor staff
Regular client liaison and contribution to repeat business opportunities

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
MRICS or working towards chartership
Proven experience delivering projects within the UK construction market
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider quantity surveying team

Nice to have:

Exposure to healthcare projects is advantageous but not essential
