Job Description:

A design-driven, commercially sharp construction consultancy is looking for an inspiring Associate Quantity Surveyor to take centre stage in their expanding Sevenoaks office. This is a career-defining opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives on responsibility, client engagement, and shaping both projects and people.

Job Responsibility:

Lead high-profile projects from inception through to completion
Strategically manage key client relationships and expand business opportunities
Guide and mentor a talented team of Quantity Surveyors, fostering professional growth
Oversee delivery teams to ensure projects meet exacting standards of quality and innovation

Requirements:

RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
MRICS
Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Excellent pre & post contract experience
Strong communication and client facing skills
Comfortable managing & mentoring a team

What we offer:

£65,000 – £75,000 salary
