Job Description:

A design-led and commercially astute construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to take a prominent leadership role in their growing Sevenoaks office. With a strong reputation across the prime residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, industrial, and public sectors, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking consultancy at a pivotal point in its expansion.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and deliver high-profile projects across various sectors
Manage key client accounts and develop new business opportunities
Oversee and support a team of Quantity Surveyors
Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and commercial performance

Requirements:

RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
MRICS preferred
Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Excellent pre & post contract experience
Comfortable managing & mentoring a team
