A rapidly growing, forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to head up and grow their Quantity Surveying offering in Manchester. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will step into a leading role with immediate responsibility for delivering a diverse pipeline of projects-ranging from £200k refurbishments to £300m developments. From luxury homes and waterfront apartments to high-rise residential, hotels, listed buildings, and sports facilities-your portfolio will be as exciting as it is varied.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a diverse pipeline of projects-ranging from £200k refurbishments to £300m developments
Managing live projects from day one
Shaping the team around you as the workload grows

Requirements:

A RICS accredited degree qualification
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a PQS firm / Consultancy
MRICS ideally or currently working towards (nearing chartership)
Dynamic, ambitious and client facing
