Job Description:

A prestigious Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Central London office. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leadership role within a globally respected firm, working on landmark projects across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Government, Retail, Education, Data Centres, Sport & Leisure, and Healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee major projects ranging from £10m – £200m
Ensure the successful delivery of cost management and contract administration services
Lead client relationships
Mentor junior surveyors
Play a key role in business development and team management

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
Strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy/PQS firms
Excellent Pre and Post contract experience
Project delivery, team management and business development capabilities
MRICS
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior surveyors
Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development
