Job Description:

A prestigious Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Central London office. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leadership role within a globally respected firm, working on landmark projects across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Government, Retail, Education, Data Centres, Sport & Leisure, and Healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee major projects ranging from £10m – £200m
  • Ensure the successful delivery of cost management and contract administration services
  • Lead client relationships
  • Mentor junior surveyors
  • Play a key role in business development and team management

Requirements:

  • A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
  • Strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy/PQS firms
  • Excellent Pre and Post contract experience
  • Project delivery, team management and business development capabilities
  • MRICS
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior surveyors
  • Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development
