Job Description:

A dynamic, forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced professional who thrives in the residential sector and is ready to lead complex projects, support Directors, and mentor junior team members.

Job Responsibility:

Help deliver high-value residential schemes ranging from £15m to £230m
Take responsibility for strategic planning, client liaison, and full project delivery
Build client trust and secure repeat work
Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

MRICS is highly desirable
Strong residential sector experience (including student, co-living or senior living)
Able to lead large-scale projects
Experience delivering both QS and EA services
UK consultancy background essential
