Job Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of cost consultancy services across multiple sectors
Manage pre- and post-contract duties, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and project stakeholders
Oversee junior surveyors and support APC progression
Prepare and present financial reports, risk reviews, and final accounts
Contribute to business development and regional growth strategies
Requirements:
MRICS qualified with strong consultancy experience
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and complex projects
Excellent communication and client relationship management
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
Experience across a range of sectors, including public and private
A proactive, organised, and commercially focused approach
