Job Description:

A dynamic, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their established Southampton team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and career-driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in high-profile residential developments, while benefiting from strong progression prospects and a supportive team culture.

Job Responsibility:

Leading on pre and post-contract duties across a variety of residential schemes
Contract administration and cost management
Delivering best-in-class service for clients
Working across Commercial, Arts & Leisure, and Education sectors
Taking ownership of projects, client relationships, and junior team mentoring

Requirements:

MRICS qualified
Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties (advantageous)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Comfortable commuting to Southampton
