Job Description:

A dynamic, expanding cost consultancy with a family-feel culture and collaborative ethos is looking for a confident Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Fitzrovia office. This role involves overseeing and mentoring a small team of surveyors, managing new build and refurbishment projects spanning various sectors, and progressing toward Associate Director in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of both projects and people
Oversee and mentor a small team of surveyors, supporting their development and reviewing their work
Manage your own portfolio of new build and refurbishment schemes
Work across Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences projects ranging from £1m to £40m+

Requirements:

Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Experience managing a team within a PQS environment
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
A team-oriented mindset and leadership potential
