Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy with a supportive, family-feel team. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage a small team, deliver diverse projects, and play a role in expanding the firm's presence. The position offers a clear pathway to Equity Partnership.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a small team
Driving project delivery
Expanding the firm’s presence across the region
Adding real value
Mentoring junior team members
Growing into a strategic leadership position

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Excellent pre & post contract experience
Eager to manage a team and mentor junior surveyors
A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK PQS/Consultancy environments
