Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy with a supportive, family-feel team. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage a small team, deliver diverse projects, and play a role in expanding the firm's presence. The position offers a clear pathway to Equity Partnership.

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • Excellent pre & post contract experience
  • Eager to manage a team and mentor junior surveyors
  • A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK PQS/Consultancy environments
