An award-winning, forward-thinking construction consultancy is looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing Commercial team. You’ll play a pivotal leadership role in a 35-strong Commercial team delivering some of the capital’s most high-profile commercial projects-towering office developments, transformative repurposing schemes, and premium Cat A & B fit-outs.
Job Responsibility:
Lead landmark developments
Drive client strategy
Take strategic ownership of major developments across Central London
Lead project teams
Drive client relationships
Guide junior surveyors
Influence key business decisions
Requirements:
A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
MRICS qualification (essential)
Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
Extensive experience in commercial sector projects – particularly fit out
Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior surveyors
