Job Description:

A highly respected, international construction and property consultancy is seeking a commercially focused Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate looking to step into a senior leadership role, drive key client relationships, and position themselves on a clear pathway to Director level.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a dedicated team of surveyors
Support junior talent with APC progression
Lead complex projects from inception through to completion
Work closely with the senior leadership team to win new business and broaden sector opportunities

Requirements:

MRICS
A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments
Property / Real Estate sector background
Excellent pre-and-post-contract experience & a successful track record leading projects
Ambition to progress into a Director role is desirable
Track record of client management and business development
Proven ability to lead projects and teams independently
