Job Description:

A design-led, commercially astute construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Sevenoaks office. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships, overseeing delivery teams, and leading high-value projects. This role offers autonomy, client account development, and mentoring opportunities within a supportive business focused on professional growth and internal progression. Projects span sectors such as residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, retail & leisure, education, industrial, infrastructure, and local authority developments.

Job Responsibility:

Managing key client relationships
Overseeing delivery teams
Steering high-value projects
Leading client accounts
Mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or similar
MRICS
Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Strong pre & post contract experience
Strong communication and client facing skills
Comfortable managing & mentoring a team
