Job Responsibility

Lead major commissions across a broad range of sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare, industrial sheds, high-end residential, student living, retail, hotels, and leisure
Project delivery, client management, and mentoring junior staff
Developing long-term client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and taking the lead on both pre and post contract duties

NEC contract experience – highly desirable
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, often juggling multiple projects simultaneously

Job Responsibility

Overseeing significant schemes ranging from £1m to £600m
Managing multiple projects for a long-standing Defence client
Leading project delivery
Developing new and existing client relationships
Supporting the development of junior team members
Contributing to business development and broader practice growth initiatives
