Job Description:

A respected and growing cost consultancy in Central London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead projects and people within their Fitzrovia-based team. With five regional offices and a strong foothold in the London market, this is an ideal opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a senior leadership role.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across Residential & Mixed-Use, Hotels & Leisure, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Education & Commercial sectors
Oversee full project lifecycles from pre-contract through to delivery
Manage client relationships
Support mentoring and development of junior team members
Lead projects and people

Requirements:

Must have MRICS
Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy environment
Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
Proven ability to lead projects across multiple sectors
Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset
Ambition to step into Associate Director-level roles
