Job Description:

A dynamic and respected construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. Known for delivering outstanding results across residential, healthcare, and regeneration projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to influence the direction of meaningful, high-profile work. The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will deliver end-to-end cost consultancy across a diverse and growing portfolio in London and the South East.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the commercial management of key client accounts and complex developments
Oversee pre- and post-contract cost consultancy across all project stages
Manage procurement strategy, tender processes, and contract administration
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
Mentor and support junior QS team members and APC candidates
Support business development and contribute to wider company growth

Requirements:

6+ years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
MRICS qualified
Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding
Confident communicator and experienced client manager
Track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable supporting and developing junior team members
