Job Description:

A market-leading Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to oversee residential developments, drive growth, and mentor junior staff within a flexible, hybrid role in London.

Job Responsibility:

Leading multiple residential projects across all RIBA stages
Delivering expert cost advice from pre to post contract
Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting team development
Building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
Contributing to business development and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in managing teams and multiple projects
MRICS ideally
A track record of developing and nurturing talent
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
Excellent pre & post contract experience & a successful track record leading projects to completion
