Job Description:

An ambitious and fast-growing consultancy is looking for an influential Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their established London Bridge based team. If you’re ready to lead major projects, shape strategy, and step up as a future team leader – this is the move for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of projects across commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality, and residential sectors
  • Manage delivery, drive client relationships, and ensure commercial excellence
  • Work directly with senior leadership
  • Play a key role in business development, strategic direction, and expanding client accounts
  • Mentor junior staff, support team development, and grow into managing your own division

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
  • UK based Quantity Surveying experience with a Consultancy is a MUST
  • Excellent Pre & post contract knowledge
  • Varied sector experience is beneficial
