Job Description:

A dynamic and innovative Construction & Property Consultancy in London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to enhance their growing team. The incoming candidate will join a thriving team and support Residential Masterplan Commissions, ideally with experience in Infrastructure such as Utilities, Roads, and Rail.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Residential Masterplan Commissions
Infrastructure experience in Utilities, Roads and Rail that supports new masterplan developments

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS environment
MRICS ideally (or currently working towards)
Infrastructure experience
Masterplan development experience is beneficial but not a must
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills

Nice to have:

Masterplan development experience
