An established, commercially focused construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join an independent consultancy delivering strategic Quantity Surveying services across commercial and mixed-use developments throughout London and the South East. Day to day, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead pre and post contract services, prepare and review cost plans, manage procurement and tender processes, and administer contracts under JCT forms. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will also oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts while chairing client and design team meetings. This is a key leadership role where the Associate Quantity Surveyor will manage and mentor Senior and Assistant Quantity Surveyors, support business development, and strengthen client relationships across the London construction market.

Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
Proven experience delivering commercial or mixed-use schemes in London
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts
Experience managing teams and multiple projects
Confident client-facing and reporting skills
MRICS or working towards chartership would be advantageous
