Associate Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial, residential and public sector projects is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Surrey. This is a client-facing role suited to a confident and experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a consultancy environment and is ready to take a lead role on major developments across the South East. This opportunity would suit an Associate Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in pre and post contract delivery, team leadership and client management. You’ll be working across a broad range of project types, including residential, education, healthcare and commercial developments, with values typically ranging from £5m-£100m. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee a small team of surveyors and play a key role in business development, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and design teams. This role offers a clear path to Director level for the right individual.
