Job Responsibility

  • Take the daily quality assurance check on a scope of globe and cross-domain– KYC, TM, Name Screening, etc.
  • Deliver high-quality assessment results regarding the identification of operational errors, procedural loopholes, and system limitations
  • Meet the productivity requirements of daily/monthly QA volume
  • Provide a workable solution to remediate the QA findings
  • Drive and co-work with other stakeholders to improve the operation quality, workflow/procedure, system, etc.
  • Proactively support other global projects and initiatives that are related to quality assurance and embed them into the daily operational process

Requirements

  • Previous compliance domain experience with a minimum of 5 years (e.g., Due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring, FinCrime Investigation, etc.)
  • Previous experience related to Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance will be a big plus
  • Knowledgeable in compliance process and risk control framework across the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, etc.
  • Fast learner to quickly catch up in any new domain
  • Good logic and strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues
  • Result-driven and user-friendly mindset to output workable solutions
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English– ability to present complex information clearly & concisely
  • Well-organized individual with the ability to deliver the work to a high standard and on time
  • Proactive and creative approach to work, self-motivated and pragmatic, taking responsibility and accountability for own tasks
  • Confidence in interrogating data, processes and interviewing stakeholders, be proficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
