This is a full-time, permanent position located in our city centre Edinburgh office 10 Sunnyside, Edinburgh, EH7 5RA. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is up to £28,500pa

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the day-to-day operation by auditing, shadowing and coaching the department and the individual’s performance to achieve KPI’s and agreed service levels
  • Support the team manager and PM’s with complaints and escalations on a daily basis
  • Support the team manager with, allocating out jobs, training, training plans, developing the team, shadowing 1-2-1’s and any potential recruitment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members in the department and rest of the business to ensure the correct support and achieving business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous Property Management, or industry related experience preferred, but not essential
  • Can demonstrate strong sales negotiation skills and be very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes – both written and verbal
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with a strong customer service focus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and confidence at relaying information
  • Process driven, with efficient administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem solve, be calm under pressure and a track record of exceeding client expectations
  • You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
  • Current UK Drivers License
