Job Responsibility
Work on property litigation cases including court action to remove a 'bed blocker' for an NHS trust
removing squatters from a central London property
court proceedings and arbitrations involving GP partnership disputes
multi-million pound dilapidations disputes
strategic advice on MEES and Net Zero obligations across the NHS estate
break notices to facilitate estate re-organisation
judicial review of a planning decision for development of staff accommodation
advising on restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals
1954 Act security of tenure and lease renewals
collaborate with colleagues in other teams
work in all the Firm’s sectors
Requirements
