Job Description:

The PMO will assist the CIB - CLIENT SERVICES TECH Project Managers & Business Managers in the delivery of support objectives including Financials, Human Resources, Vendor Management and Communications. The role will focus on assisting to collect data, define metrics, perform ad-hoc analysis and produce Management Information (MI) reports. Deliverables will focus on Recruitment, Financials, Logistics and Communications. The key aim is to provide a professional service to the global project team and the local management team. The candidate needs to ensure that the information provided is accurate, timely, useful and consistent. Other responsibilities will revolve around process / efficiency improvement and working with Project Manager and Delivery head on projects / ad-hoc as necessary.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focus on Recruitment, Financials, Logistics and Communications
  • Ensure that the information provided is accurate, timely, useful and consistent
  • Process / efficiency improvement
  • Work with Project Manager and Delivery head on projects / ad-hoc as necessary

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience dealing with global teams spread across multiple locations is an advantage
  • Proficient reading and spoken English and Chinese
  • Pro-active and excellent problem solving and user support skills whilst maintaining a strong customer focus as well as commitment to delivering high quality work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to break down complex problems, articulate the problem statement in an easy to digest manner to both the senior management as well as the working level staff and ideally propose a potential solution
  • Good understanding of GPDM, Pioneer, Discover, Clarity, and other new Technology and Financial Management Information Systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders accordingly in quick changing environment
