Associate Project Manager

• Support Program and Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking
• Coordinate project meetings, record actions, and manage communications
• Maintain key project artifacts including RAID logs and status reports
• Assist with the management of risks, issues, and project dependencies
• Support budget and resource tracking activities for the delivery team
• Manage project documentation and ensure alignment with governance standards
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure delivery transparency and engagement

• 0-3 years of experience in a project coordination or junior PM environment
• Relevant tertiary degree or initial Project Management certification
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• Proactive, coachable mindset with a desire to learn project methodologies
• Prior exposure to Jira, Confluence, or MS Project is highly regarded
• Ability to work effectively within a structured team environment
