Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Project Manager to join a dynamic and expanding UK-wide construction consultancy based in London. This position is perfect for an ambitious and experienced professional ready to step into a senior, project delivery-focused role within the residential sector. The Associate Project Manager will be a key figure in managing the successful delivery of multiple high-value developments.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of major residential developments
Ensure high standards are met across programme, cost, and quality
Lead internal teams
Liaise directly with clients
Take ownership of managing timelines, contractors, and reporting

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a UK consultancy environment
Chartered or working towards (RICS, APM, CIOB – desirable)
Proven track record managing high-value residential or student accommodation schemes
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Confident in delivering projects from inception through to completion
Comfortable in a client-facing role
