Job Description

An established, leading Building Consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join their expanding team in Central London. The role involves managing Commercial and Residential projects, liaising with clients, and providing innovative project management services.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting project management and employee agent services on several exciting and innovative initiatives
  • Working with clients from the public and private sectors
  • Managing Commercial and Residential projects valuing up to £10m

Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction related subject
  • MRICS/CIOB/APM Qualified (Desirable)
  • Experience working within Commercial and Residential Projects
  • Previous client facing Project Management experience
