Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to join Cushman & Wakefield in their Manchester office to deliver high-profile commercial office, workplace, and mixed-use projects. The role involves managing various fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects while engaging with prestigious national and regional clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing project teams
  • Chairing meetings
  • Monitoring programme and budget performance
  • Producing high-quality reports
  • Supporting junior team members
  • Contributing to business development

Requirements:

  • Degree in a built environment discipline (e.g. Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture)
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role
  • Strong track record of delivering commercial office, workplace, or mixed-use projects
  • Confident with JCT contract administration and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness
  • Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards preferred
