The role involves managing various fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects while engaging with prestigious national and regional clients.
Job Responsibility:
Managing project teams
Chairing meetings
Monitoring programme and budget performance
Producing high-quality reports

Requirements:
Degree in a built environment discipline (e.g. Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture)
At least 5-7 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role
Strong track record of delivering commercial office, workplace, or mixed-use projects
Confident with JCT contract administration and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness
Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards preferred
