Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join a fast-growing Commercial Project Management team based in Central London. This role sits within a dynamic Building Consultancy division and offers a genuine career progression path within a supportive and expanding national practice. The role involves leading delivery of commercial fit-out projects, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth of the team, focusing on occupier-led projects across London.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
  • Work alongside and support the growth of junior Project Managers
  • Maintain excellent client relationships
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to the growth of the Project Management team

Requirements

  • RICS accreditation (essential)
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
  • Previous experience delivering commercial fit-out projects in London
  • Strong understanding of the occupier-led project market
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • Proven ability to manage clients, budgets, and deadlines
