Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join a fast-growing Commercial Project Management team based in Central London. This role sits within a dynamic Building Consultancy division and offers a genuine career progression path within a supportive and expanding national practice. The role involves leading delivery of commercial fit-out projects, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth of the team, focusing on occupier-led projects across London.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion
Ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
Work alongside and support the growth of junior Project Managers
Maintain excellent client relationships
Mentor junior team members
Contribute to the growth of the Project Management team

Requirements:

RICS accreditation (essential)
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
Previous experience delivering commercial fit-out projects in London
Strong understanding of the occupier-led project market
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Proven ability to manage clients, budgets, and deadlines
