Job Description:

An building consultancy with a growing, dedicated Project Management team in London are actively looking to bring in an Associate Project Manager. The Associate Project Manager will focus on projects within Central London and will undertake multiple build sector schemes ranging from £500K to £50m.

Job Responsibility:

Managing resources
Taking on multiple work tasks
Completing them on schedule so that clients receive excellent professional services

Requirements:

Has attained a vocational degree qualification and is MRICS qualified or equivalent
Either 2 years of project management or 5 years in a related construction industry field with relevant experience
Track record working in the London office sector as a project manager for a consultancy
Ability to support lead PMs from inception to completion whilst working across multiple projects
