I'm currently partnering with a well-established and growing construction consultancy in London that is looking to bring in an Associate Project Manager as part of its continued expansion within the industrial and logistics sector. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager ready to step into a more senior, client-facing role, working on a strong pipeline of industrial, logistics and distribution schemes - ranging from large-scale warehouse developments and last-mile facilities through to complex refurbishments and asset repositioning projects. The business has built a solid reputation in the market, particularly within the industrial and logistics space, and continues to secure repeat instructions from major developers, funds and occupiers.
Job Responsibility:
Taking the lead on industrial and logistics projects from feasibility through to completion
Acting as the key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
Managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractor interfaces
Driving programme, cost and risk management across all project stages
Leading procurement strategies and overseeing tender processes
Administering contracts and managing delivery through construction phases
Chairing project meetings and delivering clear, concise reporting to stakeholders
Supporting negotiations around planning, statutory approvals and third-party matters
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the wider growth of the team
Requirements:
Circa 7+ years' experience within a consultancy, developer or client-side environment
Strong experience delivering industrial, logistics or large-scale commercial projects
Professionally qualified (RICS, APM or CIOB preferred)
Solid understanding of JCT contracts and procurement routes
Proven ability to manage projects across multiple RIBA stages
Confident in leading teams and managing key client relationships
Commercially aware with a proactive and hands-on approach
