We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to support digital care pathways. This supporting role is crucial to producing high-quality product content that is well considered, desirable and usable for our customers around the globe. You will collaborate with many stakeholders to coordinate product content deliverables for Resmed software and services. The product teams are distributed globally, so you will need to be available for evening meetings approximately 2 days a week to accommodate the Sydney time zone. In this role, you will oversee several small- to mid-sized projects simultaneously. For each project, you will scope incoming content requirements, develop project plans to deliver product content for set milestones, facilitate the work for the Product Content team and key stakeholders throughout the complete project life cycle, and manage ongoing team communication. You’ll take the lead in organizing and tracking digital care pathway projects using Jira. With multiple projects running at once, you’ll bring clarity and structure, helping team members stay focused and on track. You’ll manage timelines and capacity while keeping all work organized in a single, accessible location. Beyond managing individual projects, you’ll help shape how digital care pathway work connects with the broader Product Content team’s work. You’ll contribute to refining shared processes and improving how we collaborate across roles and initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Manage product content requirements for software deliverables from concept phase through to launch in accordance with standards and requirements
Deliver content to market within agreed quality and timelines
Secure organizational commitment and resources for projects
Exhibit solid project leadership to drive end-to-end project delivery
Develop feasible and realistic project plans, incorporating evidence-based timelines
Complete appropriate risk management
Engage all key stakeholders before the project begins to secure buy-in and maintain strong communication throughout the project life cycle
Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset, contributing ideas to improve project management techniques to ensure best-in-class customer experiences
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Experience working in a Scrum or Kanban workflow
Basic Jira knowledge and skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to attend in-office activities
Nice to have:
Project Management certification
Experience collaborating with remote, global teams
Experience building AI agents to augment workflows
Knowledge of project management software, such as Workfront, Basecamp, Asana, Monday.com, and Wrike
Experience managing Product Content deliverables (for example, articles, user interface text, user guides, release notes, help files, closed captioning, and/or voice-over recordings)
Familiarity with translation management tools, such as Lokalise, Memsource, Smartling, Phrase, or Transifex
