Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable Associate Project Manager (Information Systems) to support the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workstream within a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and central to ensuring end-user readiness, training support, and on-site deployment success—particularly across internal Contract Manufacturer (CM) teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the PTP Business Process Owner (BPO) and IT to review, refine, and validate training materials and exercises
  • Ensure training content is accurate, usable, and aligned to future-state processes
  • Support preparation activities, including validation of training environments, materials, and exercises
  • Collaborate with Deployment Group (DG) leaders to confirm accurate end-user role mapping
  • Test and validate training IDs (access, navigation, issue identification) and escalate issues as needed
  • Support training rollout, including readiness tracking, capability confirmation, and content reviews with end users
  • Assist in updating end-user business process documentation
  • Serve as the on-site PTP lead for internal CM teams during go-live and hypercare, including: Floor-walking and direct user support
  • Logging and tracking defects
  • Escalating issues through structured program channels
  • Own and manage PTP deliverables, ensuring tasks are tracked, updated, and driven to closure
  • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports aligned to program milestones
  • Identify risks early, support mitigation strategies, and communicate progress consistently
  • Support change management and structured problem‑solving for readiness or process challenges
  • Coordinate across PTP, FTP, IT, DGs, and site teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Provide logistical support for workshops, training sessions, and site visits
  • Prepare clear and professional communications and presentations for leadership and end‑user audiences
  • Support lessons‑learned activities and integrate improvements into ongoing PTP ways of working
  • Assist with onboarding new sites and users for future releases, including global template overviews, readiness planning, and execution support

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting ERP-related transformation initiatives
  • hands-on SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and solve problems proactively
  • Clear, confident, and consistent communication skills across business and IT stakeholders
  • Comfortable engaging with end users directly, including during go-live and hypercare activities
