Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Work Movement Project Management Specialist (Level 2) to join our Supply Chain Work Movement team in Everett, Washington. The Associate Work Movement Project Management Specialist will facilitate supplier/subcontractor business relationships and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. They will monitor supplier quality and delivery performance to identify potential risks, issues and opportunities. They will develop and execute supply base work movement plans and integrates with customer, program and commodity stakeholders. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, and additional duties as assigned. Job Responsibility
Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations
Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues
Provides support in the development of mitigation plans
Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance
Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to travel up to 10%
Nice to have
1+ years of experience Managing supplier performance
1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and all levels of leadership
1+ years of experience with improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, systematic problem solving)
1+ years of experience with strategy development and execution
Bachelors degree or higher
