Job Description:

Currently working with a reputable, independent project management consultancy to help them bolster their team. They are currently looking to make a number of hires at Senior Project Manager, Associate Director and Director level with commercial office experience. They have a a busy pipeline and as such looking to continue to grow. Working with leading blue-chip developer and investor clients, examples of projects consist of heavy cut and carve, new build and fit out projects. Ranging in value from £50&£100M but they have also been involved in projects £100M+.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified and ideally chartered
  • MRICS / MCIOB / RIBA
  • At least 6 years' experience gained with a project management consultancy / developer
  • Experience of commercial led developments across new build / fit-out / cut and carve
