Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related construction discipline
  • MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Proven consultancy experience in Project Management, Cost Management, or a dual role
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading project teams and managing multiple commissions
  • Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Business development experience would be advantageous
