Job Responsibility
Leading projects from inception through to completion
Delivering Project Management and Cost Management services

Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related construction discipline
MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
Proven consultancy experience in Project Management, Cost Management, or a dual role
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading project teams and managing multiple commissions
Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
Business development experience would be advantageous
