Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with expertise in Associate Programmer, Oracle Hyperion EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle Hyperion technologies, hands-on experience with Data Management (FDMEE) for data integration, and a solid foundation in SQL, scripting (e.g., Groovy, Shell, VBScript), and data modeling. This role is instrumental in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions that support enterprise-wide performance management processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions in Oracle EPBCS based on business requirements
  • Configure business rules, forms, smart lists, task lists, and dashboards in EPBCS modules (such as Financials, Workforce, Capex, Projects)
  • Manage data integration and transformation processes using Data Management / FDMEE and other ETL tools
  • Create and maintain metadata, dimension hierarchies, and mappings across source systems and EPM applications
  • Develop custom scripts and automation for data loads, metadata updates, and validation processes
  • Support month-end and forecasting cycles, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and BI for solution alignment
  • Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Create technical documentation, user manuals, and conduct user training as needed

Requirements:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion / EPM Cloud solutions (especially EPBCS)
  • Strong expertise in Data Management (FDMEE) for data loads and integration
  • Proficiency in SQL, Essbase, Smart View, and scripting tools such as Groovy, Shell scripts, and VBScript
  • Sound knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
  • Experience with metadata management, data validation, and transformation logic
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
