As a Program Manager in the Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence, you will manage high-complexity end-to-end programs that standardize how Uber sources and manages external spend. You will partner with our Marketing sourcing team to provide the sourcing intelligence needed to shape their category strategies. You will work closely with our Data Analytics team to translate complex spend data into marketing-specific KPIs and executive-level reports that drive meaningful business decisions.
Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Execution: Own the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
Pipeline & Performance Management: Own the end-to-end tracking of the Sourcing initiative pipeline
Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the central point of contact for Marketing Sourcing
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies within your project streams
Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively look around corners to identify potential roadblocks
Data-Driven Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on key project metrics and milestones
Communication: Drive regular, transparent communication out to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management, program management, or a related operational role
Minimum of 1 year of sourcing or procurement experience
Technical Proficiency: Experience navigating and interpreting data as well as developing analysis and modelling
Solid understanding of strategic sourcing fundamentals, including spend analytics, supplier landscapes, and cost savings, as well as a solid understanding of marketing and advertising
Experience with Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar
A forward-thinking mindset regarding AI
you should have a baseline understanding of how to prompt LLMs and identify where AI can drive procurement efficiency
