Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and execution-driven Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) with 3 years of experience and an MBA in Marketing. In this role, you will support Product, Sales, and Marketing by creating compelling product messaging, sales collateral, demos, and release communication — while also contributing to customer insights, pricing research, and website content. This is an ideal role for someone early in their product marketing career who wants to take ownership, grow quickly, and work closely with the leadership team in a high-speed AI startup.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sales Enablement & Collateral Creation: Create and maintain high-quality sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, cheat sheets, product brochures, feature comparison sheets, and pricing collateral
  • Collaborate with Sales to refine messaging based on objections and customer conversations
  • Customer & Prospect Insights: Conduct interviews with customers and prospects to understand needs, motivations, workflows, and pain points
  • Capture insights and translate them into improvements for messaging, positioning, and product direction
  • Product Demos: Deliver structured product demos for prospects and internal teams
  • Build demo scripts and tailor flows based on persona and industry
  • Train sales teams on new demo updates and product capabilities
  • Release Marketing: Own 'What’s New' documentation for every release
  • Draft customer-facing emails for new feature announcements
  • Ensure consistent messaging across CRM, website, email, and internal updates
  • Website Content & Product Storytelling: Write and update website content such as product pages, feature descriptions, landing pages, and customer stories
  • Create product-focused blog posts and explainer content
  • Ensure website messaging is aligned with product roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Google Ads & Campaign Support: Manage and optimize Google Ads/Adwords campaigns
  • Prepare ad copy and coordinate with design for creatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights weekly
  • Messaging, Positioning & Competitive Insights: Translate product features into value-driven positioning statements
  • Support persona-based messaging for HR, TA, and business leaders
  • Track competitor updates, releases, and messaging
  • Conduct research on competitor pricing structures
  • Maintain competitive cheat sheets and sales battle cards
  • Internal Documentation & Sales Training: Maintain product FAQs, sales guides, demo scripts, and enablement assets
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
  • Ensure GTM repositories and content libraries are updated and well-organized

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing
  • 3 years of experience in product marketing, pre-sales, content marketing, or SaaS marketing roles
  • Experience creating sales collateral and GTM content
  • Experience conducting product demos
  • Hands-on Google Ads campaign experience
  • Experience writing website or product-focused content
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to simplify complex features into value-based messaging
  • Strong presentation and demo capability
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and email platforms
  • Basic design sense (Canva/Figma familiarity is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and curiosity
  • Creative storyteller with strong clarity and structure
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
  • Proactive and eager to take ownership
  • Collaborative, coachable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks

Nice to have:

  • Experience in HR Tech or recruitment SaaS
  • Ability to produce simple visuals or diagrams
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals
What we offer:
  • High-visibility role working directly with Product & GTM leadership
  • Rapid career growth path (APMM → PMM → Senior PMM)
  • Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives
  • Opportunity to shape the messaging and narrative of a fast-growing AI product
