Job Description:

As part of the ASC team, you will play an important role in transforming ideas into solutions. ASC Software Developers work in a team and perform various software lifecycle tasks, gathering requirements, developing, and delivering real world solutions desired by Clients. Job Responsibility:

Do market research
Create user stories and product flows
Ensure products meet user needs
Create product roadmaps
Oversee product development, testing & launches
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing
Draw insights from user research, experiments, and industry trends to set team strategy
Prioritize projects that sustainably grow customer base and drive adoption of new products
Develop strong functional intuition by interpreting business problems/needs/opportunities
Offer potential solutions

Requirements:

Experience as APM of 2-4 years
Ability to manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
Experience in creating product roadmaps
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess a basic understanding of design principles to work alongside UX designers
Exhibit excellent communication skills
Engage with various internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements
Utilize data analytics for market research
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
