Job Description:

The Associate Product Manager role at Ledger requires supporting the Web Product team, focusing on feature delivery and collaboration with tech and design teams. The role involves contributing to discovery, quality assurance, backlog feeding, and analyzing performance of new products and features.

Job Responsibility:

Drive feature delivery and lead processes and initiatives to improve team efficiency
feed the backlog by writing PRD and collaborate closely with tech and design teams on all aspects of product development for the SEO squad and support the Senior Product Manager
ensure the quality of delivered features by testing developments
contribute to discovery by conducting user interviews and hypothesizing solutions to solve identified problems
analyze the performance of new products and the success of new features

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and French
empathy with excellent intuition and ability to put yourself in the shoes of your user
excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with distributed teams
love for numbers and data and fulfillment when making them talk
