We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (Technical) to support the execution of core product initiatives in a highly technical and fast-evolving environment. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to translate approved product direction into clear, actionable requirements that can be effectively delivered by Platform, Embedded, and AI squads. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments, is comfortable working with technical complexity, and enjoys collaborating closely with engineers to turn ideas into working products.
Job Responsibility:
Draft and maintain detailed requirements for assigned initiatives and squads
Break down approved work into epics, features, and stories ready for sprint execution
Keep backlogs clear, prioritized, and well-structured
Translate complex system concepts, such as hardware abstraction, mission configuration, simulation, and deployment workflows, into concrete requirements
Act as a day-to-day product contact for engineers, clarifying scope, assumptions, and edge cases
Surface dependencies, constraints, and execution risks early
Mission creation and configuration tools for autonomous behavior
Simulation and validation environments that reduce gaps between testing and real deployment
Embedded and system-level workflows related to hardware integration and lifecycle
Ensure requirements reflect agreed quality, safety, and reliability considerations
Support feedback collection from robotics engineers and early adopters
Synthesize execution-level insights and share signals with the Product team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in product development, across roles such as Business Analyst/ Engineering, or other technical positions, including at least 2 years in Product Management or Product Operations roles
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments where products are still being shaped
Solid technical literacy with the ability to understand system constraints and communicate effectively with engineering teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working within sprint-based development cycles
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical contexts
Nice to have:
Background in technical domains such as software platforms, embedded systems, robotics, autonomous systems, or related fields
Experience working closely with engineers on complex or system-level products
Exposure to developer-focused or platform products (e.g. APIs, SDKs, infrastructure tools)
Builder mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a bias toward action and learning
