We partner with businesses across industries to solve complex challenges through research, strategy, design, and innovation. We are looking for a passionate Product Designer who is eager to create intuitive, user-centered experiences and contribute to impactful digital products. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced designers, product teams, and developers while gaining exposure to real-world design challenges.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
  • Participate in the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and handoff
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
  • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with user expectations and business objectives
  • Develop interactive prototypes to communicate concepts, validate ideas, and gather feedback from stakeholders and users
  • Conduct secondary research, competitor analysis, and support user research activities to uncover insights and inform design decisions
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, UI components, and design documentation
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions
  • Apply usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles throughout the design process
  • Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback, testing results, and business requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX and product design

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving abilities, and user-centered design projects
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools
  • Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals
  • Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
  • Understanding of usability and accessibility principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating impactful digital experiences and solving real user problems

Nice to have

  • Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience in UX/UI or product design
  • Exposure to user research, usability testing, or design validation activities
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles for web and mobile applications
  • Understanding of product development processes and cross-functional collaboration
