Job Responsibility

Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
Participate in the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and handoff
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
Design intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with user expectations and business objectives
Develop interactive prototypes to communicate concepts, validate ideas, and gather feedback from stakeholders and users
Conduct secondary research, competitor analysis, and support user research activities to uncover insights and inform design decisions
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, UI components, and design documentation
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions
Apply usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles throughout the design process
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback, testing results, and business requirements
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX and product design

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving abilities, and user-centered design projects
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools
Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems
Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
Understanding of usability and accessibility principles
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating impactful digital experiences and solving real user problems

Nice to have

Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience in UX/UI or product design
Exposure to user research, usability testing, or design validation activities
Familiarity with responsive design principles for web and mobile applications
Understanding of product development processes and cross-functional collaboration
