Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and Creative Associate Producer to join our client's video production team. This will be a long-term contract based out of Arlington, VA. Applicants must be able to come on-site.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist Senior Producer with creative concepting and pre-production: Ideating on video/social content
  • Provide research as needed (such as creative inspiration, potential vendors or production companies)
  • Help build pitch decks and/or creative briefs
  • Assist in Workfront project creation/tracking
  • Assist Senior Producer with production: Organize guest passes for in-studio guests
  • Help studio crew prepare sets for shoots
  • Help scout locations for field shoots
  • Organize/collect appearance releases for field shoots
  • Assist with note-taking and creative feedback during shoots
  • Assist Senior Producer with post-production: Work with internal edit team to make sure audio/video files are properly imported and organized
  • Assist with editorial communication (timing, notes, etc.)
  • Research music and b-roll as needed for video content

Requirements:

  • Media Production and/or Post-Production experience
  • Creative and copywriting skills
  • Time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Mac Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
