As a Pathways Associate, you will participate in a year-long program focused on accelerating career advancement through mentorship, networking, and learning and development opportunities. Upon completion of the program, Pathways Alumni continue building their careers in their current roles as they Go Higher at SiriusXM. How you'll make an impact: We're looking for a motivated, creatively driven, and highly organized Associate Producer, Comedy & Entertainment Programming to join our team with a particular interest in Comedy/Entertainment Programming. In this role, you will help produce, ingest, edit, and curate content across our Comedy channels (including Kevin Hart's LOL Radio, Netflix Is A Joke, and Raw Comedy) as well as work on live and taped radio shows and podcasts on our Entertainment channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about stand-up, pop culture, and emerging comedic voices, and thrives in a fast- paced, collaborative media environment.
