Job Description:

The resource will be placed in an environment of continuous growth and training and will be allocated to major international projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and analyze business requirements to adjust operational processes
  • Develop functional specifications and related documentation
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement IT solutions
  • Participate in the testing phase of the solution
  • Monitor the progress of the project phases and prepare documentation for the various stakeholders involved
  • Gather requirements through assessments/meetings with the various business stakeholders involved in the Client’s operational process and subsequent in-depth interviews
  • Participate in the design of the best IT solution that supports the process, coordinating a systems integration vendor hired by the client
  • Prepare functional analysis documentation by translating the requirements expressed in the previous steps
  • Support the software vendor in resolving roadblocks that impede its development
  • Plan and prepare the testing phases as soon as the system is ready
  • Prepare and coordinate progress sals with various project stakeholders to provide work status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM/economic subjects (Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills and proactivity
  • Strong interest in IT project management
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1)
